    2. 1 Construction Preparation

    (1) Compile construction plan and construction schedule, set up quality work standard.

    (2) operators to pipe workers, argon arc welder mainly, other types of cooperation, and argon arc welder should have the relevant departments issued a certificate.

    (3) Construction materials according to the material plan, sent to the scene, and ensure the supply according to plan.

    2. 2 Welding Material Preparation

    (1) The selection of pipe and pipe fittings should be based on the use of environmental media factors, chemical composition and the use of pressure, and the appropriate grade of products to ensure that the weld metal microstructure and mechanical properties.

    (2) Argon gas should conform to the national standard "argon" GB4842, should choose the purity of 99.96% argon, if the impurity content too much, will weaken the Argon gas protection effect, directly affect the weld quality.

    (3) Electrode material is cerium tungsten pole. The shape and diameter of the end head of the cerium-tungsten pole have a great influence on the stability of the welding process and the weld forming. Conical flat end effect is best, see Figure 1.1. Tungsten Electrode is selected according to the welding pipe thickness and welding current size, and the welding technical parameters are shown in Table 1.1.

    3. Welding Methods and Technical Parameters
